Documents necessary for admission

In order to process the admission into the University, the originals of the following documents are necessary:

  • Birth certificate;
  • School leaving certificate (Teudat Bagrut)
  • International Passport.

Israeli citizens having secondary education with specialization or secondary medical education (including certificates for nurses and dental technicians):

  • School Leave certificate with specialization or secondary medical education certificate
  • Certificate confirming 9th grade completion ("beinaim").

Processing of documents (making photocopies from originals, translations, notary certification, legalization of the certified documents; mailing documents to the Rectory of the University and to the Ministry of Education of Moldova; receiving confirmation of admissions and enrollments) is carried out only by the Representation of the University in Israel.

Students arrive in Moldova accompanied by the staff of the Representation and remain under the care of the staff throughout all the logistic stages, up to beginning of studies.

Arrival in Moldova for:

  • Those commencing studies in the 1st year
  • Those writing Physics, Chemistry and Biology tests (if they do not have those subjects in Teudat Bagrut)

  • Towards September 1st;
  • Those commencing studies in the preparatory course towards October 1st.
